Exploratour - Carbon Cycle of Mars
Carbon Dioxide
Carbon is everywhere on Earth! You can find it in trees, rocks, the oceans, even in the air! Carbon dioxide is a common gas you can find in our atmosphere. It is the source of the carbon cycle.
Carbon dioxide goes from one place to another. For example, the gas can go from the air into the oceans, and then into the trees. Carbon dioxide does this over and over, and this is called the carbon cycle.
