"It ain't over yet, but already folks in North Carolina are calling Bonnie more of a 'shingle-flinger' than a killer storm." (ABC News) Hurricane Bonnie has become a tropical storm heading inland toward Vriginia. Many warnings remain in effect, but the only true threat now is flooding. Here's the tropical update index
