NASA Will Roam Around Mars with Rover
News story originally written on August 5, 2000
NASA has a new mission! They are going to send another rover to Mars in 2003.
This rover is a cousin of the Sojourner rover that was part of the Pathfinder mission.
This rover is a lot better than the other one. It will move the same distance in one day
as Sojourner moved during its whole mission! Scientists say the rover should be launched in 2003 and will
reach Mars in 2004.
