Scientists have also found long, complex molecules such as amino acids, proteins, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH's) in distant molecular clouds in interstellar space. But just as the formation of coacervates in the Miller Urey experiiment did not constitute life, the presence of these molecules in deep space does not mean living being exist there.
